ABOUT
Ridgeview 2 Homeowners Association comprises 70 homes located in Olympia, Washington. Most of our homes were constructed in the 1990’s. Our HOA became official in 1997 when our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) came under our control from the original developer. The CCR’s were updated in 2008 and are available for reading on this website.
